bl nature code
instead of 24 you used 23 with this we need to process
the amend in manifest to correct the blnature code amendment
fee costs of php10.000.

2.the bl nature code is set by default as “23” for all import shipments. customers are required to send written request for bl nature code “24” and final destination with acknowledgment receipt from our documentation team 3 days before eta thru email: phl.impdocs@cma-cgm.com.

.關(guān)于菲律賓地區(qū)代碼（nature code 23/24）：
海運(yùn)中；
23表示進(jìn)口本地銷售，24表示來料加工復(fù)出口。菲律賓代理默認(rèn)以代碼23發(fā)送海關(guān)，如收貨人要求申報(bào)代碼為24，需要收貨人至少在船到港前48小時通知我司菲律賓代理。
發(fā)貨人需要在船開前提供“pre- alert documents”給收貨人，并與收貨人確認(rèn)好申報(bào)地區(qū)代碼，避免事后改單產(chǎn)生費(fèi)用。
空運(yùn)中；
按照菲律賓海關(guān)要求，凡是抵達(dá)菲律賓的貨物，需要在海關(guān)系統(tǒng)提前錄入貨物所對應(yīng)的 bl nature code(地區(qū)代碼，以下簡稱nature code)，目前nature code有23和24兩種錄入選項(xiàng)，23表示進(jìn)口本地銷售，24表示來料加工復(fù)出口。
目的港現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一按照海關(guān)默認(rèn)的nature code:23錄入系統(tǒng)，代理人訂艙前需與收貨人確認(rèn)好貨物申報(bào)的地區(qū)代碼，如有特殊要求nature code需按24錄入的貨物，需在b00king上做備注，并在最終核對數(shù)據(jù)時再次強(qiáng)調(diào)。
貨物起飛后，如需變更nature code，請收貨人自行與當(dāng)?shù)睾ｊP(guān)申請解決，并承擔(dān)罰金等相關(guān)費(fèi)用。
