收貨人和通知方必須是巴西當地的公司，并顯示完整公司名和地址。
務必提供收貨人和通知方的cnpj number (tax id)，并顯示在提單對應的收貨人和通知方處。cnpj number的標準格式為cnpj: xx.xxx.xxx/xxxx-xx。
如果是私人物品(household goods/personal effects)，收貨人必須是巴西公民，同時需提供其cpf number (personal tax code)，并顯示在提單收貨人處。
所有至巴西以及在此中轉的貨物必須提供至少4位的ncm (hs code in brazil)，并顯示在提單上。ncm只能是4位，6位或8位數。如果有多個hs code，則用“， “或者 “/” 隔開，不能有空格。
提單貨描處必須顯示關于木質包裝的條款。以下四個條款，需顯示其中一條：
1)wooden package: not applicable (not used) no wooden packing material in the shipment.
2)wooden package used: processed contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was processed.
3)wooden package used: treated/certified contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was treated, fumigated or certified.
4)wooden package used: not treated/not certified contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was not treated and not certified.
8. 提單上需顯示每個集裝箱的皮重。
9. 提單上需顯示每個集裝箱的貨重及貨物體積。
10.如果有多個封號，需提供并顯示在貨描處。
11.不接受顯示外部航次 (external voyage number)在提單上。
12.卸貨港必須顯示最終的卸貨港。
